The Institutional Effectiveness Committee is comprised of representatives from each college and these faculty members serve as assessment resource and support liaisons through the assessment review process.  Internal rubrics are used to evaluate the annual assessment plan reports by assessment liaisons, the Office of Institutional Effectiveness and Assessment, and the appropriate academic college dean.

Each college dean presents a college assessment overview to the Provost and Vice President for Academic Affairs during a meeting of the Council of Academic Deans.  Ongoing program improvements that require new funding or reallocation of existing funds are identified and included in the budget planning process.
